Shipments

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders, which typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee, which typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

Payments and Returns

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. “Bespoke” or “Regenerated” items do NOT qualify for a return.  In other instances, please contact us at studio@houseofgam.com to initiate a return.goes here

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at studio@houseofgam.com to request a cancellation.

Sizing

  • We provide detailed size charts for each product on our website. Regenerated items vary in size and measurements for each regenerated piece will be available in the item's description. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us at studio@houseofgam.com and we will be happy to assist you.
